John Saar Property Management Division offers a variety of services and options designed to make property ownership a rewarding, carefree and profitable experience.

Our "Estate Care" service is designed for those owners who do not occupy their home here on a full time basis but would like it cared for and maintained as they would, in their absence.

This program features the following services:

1. Oversight of all regularly scheduled maintenance of the property including landscape maintenance, pool maintenance, minor repairs, post-weather cleanup and trash removal.
2. Scheduled housecleaning chores.
3. Payment of all bills relating to the property upkeep and maintenance.
4. Occupancy preparation. We will see to it that your home is prepared for your upcoming visit by making sure that your home is professionally cleaned within a day of your arrival, windows washed, fresh linens throughout, firewood stocked and even some essentials stocked such as coffee, milk etc.

The cost of this service is dependant upon the extent and term of service and the individual property and will be quoted on a per property basis.
